An absolute disgrace of a company.
I bought a trolley from Rush It UK through eBay back in July 2014, the bearings of one of the wheels was faulty. We were sent a replacement wheel but it was the wrong size.
Then followed A YEAR of chasing, being fobbed off by Sam the owner, given excuses, being simply ignored despite me being incredibly polite and understanding. I kept getting told that Sam wasn't in but just knew I was being ignored. By the end when I'd had enough, I was accused of lying, was spoken to appallingly and then just completely ignored. I was left angry, upset and totally out of pocket.
I would never ever use this company again.

Being a local business i have used these guys plenty. Great service both before and after care. A large range for your garden. And pools to die for. Sam has visited out of working hours more than once to offer expert advice for my spa and how to care for it properly. A little local gem you must visit.

I purchased an electric car from this company's ebay outlet for my daughter's Christmas 3 years ago. It arrived and did not work. I spent many months trying to both return this item and get an refund but the contact I had, Sam Levitt, delayed and delayed the process using one excuse after another until it was too late (which I'm sure he knew it would be) to either return it or get a refund through ebay. Subsequently, I sent recorded letters without reply. I would never purchase anything from this company.

I recently purchased the "Victoria 5 Piece Patio Garden Furniture Set" from Rush-it-uk and I must say it checked all the boxes And actually looked the same as in the picture for once! A speedy delivery and a quality product. Would recommend to anyone!

Good quality sheds also sell all types of pools and accessories Sam the owner is a really nice man who is only to willing to give you advice on setting up your swimming pool.and Spas and you can also buy all the cleaning products
