I’m now on Royal Windsor Horse Show, show is good. But in food area place named “Burger’s and fries. Gourmet” service was awful. First was attitude and shouting, second that I asked meat free burger and got it served with same utilities as meat one’s, and while she passed my plate to cashier some of fries fell out and cashier (thinking that I don’t see) picked them up from dirty desk and put them back in my plate. I don’t recommend you to use their service ever. Shame for this trader on Royal Show!

I've been going for years now. Will go next year too!
The new format this year was OK, but they still fall down on accessibility. The ramps they used to access tents and shopping were way too steep (if they were there at all).
The weather and lots of wellies turned the grass to mud, which made a lot of the site off limits to my mobility scooter. I was OK on the grass but sank too deep in the mud and got stuck at one point... (deeply embarrassing).
Loved the horses as usual. The wheelchair viewing area wasn't easy to find, but there were lots of people to ask once the crowds died down.
Dusabled toilets were OK, but I was forced to use only the one as the other was surrounded by grass and mud. Plus, it seemed to close at random times, so I could not trust navigating my way there to risk not being able to use it! A large sign should be used to indicate if the loos are closed/locked. It's not expensive and saves people the walk or wheel across!
It was lovely to see so many of the Royals enjoying the show though.

Spectacular as always! So many wonderful things to see, lots of interesting people to speak with and quite simply a wonderful day out. I visited on three days this year and was delighted to see the polo this year, the hubs were a wonderful addition too. There were too many great things to list and it's an event not to be missed.
