If I could give no stars, I would.

My order should have arrived on Friday.

The post person didn’t ring my doorbell, and left me a note to say the parcel was being redelivered.

Again, the same thing happened today! Didn’t ring my doorbell, and when I approached my front door I see yet another redeliver note..

I was at home, car on the drive and a working doorbell. It was important I received the parcel by today! It’s not that difficult.

Dreadful opening hours. The limited opening hours of this Royal Mail customer service point make it almost impossible for anybody with a job to interact with it. Despite having staff inside and available, the front desk is reduced to minimal hours.

This makes it very difficult to post items and collect them. I won’t use this location and would encourage others to use alternative means to send their mail due to being more practical. I’d encourage you to review such poor opening hours which work against your customers.

Totally impressed by lovely Leanne our Post Lady in Littleton. So friendly and efficient. Always had a smile and a good word. Even left a note whilst I was in hospital. Goes above and beyond come rain or shine. Totally appreciated.

There is no way that I can ever collect my parcel due to the absolute stringent collection time, I mean 8 am till 9 am.. 1 hour on weekdays no less..
