Absolutely unbelievably crap service. I have insomnia and can't sleep some nights so there is a big CLEAR SIGN on my door stating 'if no answer please leave behind black bin' normally this is not a problem and I get a delivery proof pic of it behind bin or it comes through that magical little hole in the door. Letterbox is it ? 🤷
Today I wake up late (no sleep night before or night before that) to find my tracker says delivery attempted YET NO RED CARD and that ofc my big sign had been ignored. Rang up waited 30mins for the lady to repeat my tracking message and then tell me I would have to wait till the next morning (which subsequently I had made plans for) some business to attend to and a therapist to see.
But hey ho I will have to live with it.....

PS would like to add the service has improved again my normal postman is very good cheary happy chap but sometimes I think it's another stand in maybe who just I don't understand ignoring the signs I don't get it why ignore a sign.
Anyway trust saying to say this is NOT constant they are very occasional and as stated my usual service and certainly my postman is nothing short of perfect.

The staff are always helpful & friendly, but the opening times are ridiculous. They are getting shorter & shorter.

It needs to be open later, so people who work can actually come & collect their items.

Your timings are pathetic. People work. Opening for a 2 hour slot helps no one. The Thursday slot is a deliberate attempt to mess us about. Most people finish work at 5 or 5.30 so it is UNREALISTIC to make it there for 6pm. Pathetic. No wonder you are losing money hand over fist.

Honestly I've never experience such hassle from a Post Office before. We have lived at our address for TWO YEARS and had numerous deliveries -2 when we first moved our parcels kept getting sent back to the senders as 'incorrect address' - Now this happens still every so often and has happened TWICE in the past 2 months again. It's getting ridiculous. Our address is perfectly accessible and is on Google maps, maps ETC. so there should be no issues whatsoever any more. It's very frustrating and you can't even contact them properly either !!

One star is too much for this postman. I received a package yesterday. I tried ringing the local sorting office to complain about the postman but they close at 10 am ?why? My package was roughly shoved through my letterbox after the postman had knocked on my door? There is a notice at the side of the door stating "PLEASE USE MY INTERCOM DO NOT KOCK MY DOOR THANK YOU". This notice is for my security , I am 76 years of age. It is not for the postman to blatantly ignore. He seemed to think the notice should not apply to him! He could easily have used the intercom to advise me about my delivery but chose not to. When I opened the door he argued with me and threatened that he would not deliver my mail in future. Really!!
My security was of no importance to him. He was utterly rude and a total mysogenist.
Needless to say that I have reported this awful postman to head office for his unacceptable behaviour. Where is the nice postman we used to have in this area?

I don’t know why these guys are still in operation. Worse delivery service ever.
*Always delivering my mail to another address…
*1st class arrives 2 days after getting a delivery notification and 2nd class is 3 days afterwards.

8-10am to pick up a parcel? Stop changing the times every 5 minutes. I’ve had 2 parcels returned thanks to it never being open. Absolutely dire company. As is evident by the latest scandal.
