Had a problem with my electric riser/recliner chair, bought from Rosevears 7 years ago.Chair at this time is vital for my recuperation from a recent hospital stay.
Nick the engineer arrived within 90 minutes and identified fault soon after. Worked his magic and within a couple minutes chair was working as it should.
Customer care as it should be. Rosevears will certainly having more of my business going forwards.

We had a new carpet fitted throughout and then settees delivered. All the team got on with their work, overcoming problems without complaint or even worrying us. They were all very pleasant, jocular and very hard working. It was a pleasure to have them here working and I would definitely recommend Rosevears and their team.

Fantastic place to buy furniture
Knowledgeable staff with no hard sell. Good old fashioned service and quality goods. We wanted to buy a British sofa and so few places stock them . We went to so many places but will go straight to Rosevears next time for any further furniture we need .

Have used rosevears for years, never been disappointed with our purchases. In my lounge I've a carpet, 2 wall units and 2 sofas, I xall it my rosevear lounge! Dining tom table and chairs 2 bedrooms both have bedroom furniture from rosevears. Best shop ever!

Excellent service! Rosevears went out of their way to advise me and arrange the delivery of a special gift for my wife.
Having spotted a lamp in the shop window as we were passing I contacted the store to find out what it was. The staff checked for stockists local to me (250 miles away) but couldn't find one. They then put me in touch with their supplier so I could see the item on the internet. Once I decided to buy the lamp they arranged for it to be delivered to my door on a date convenient to me, at their expense!
Well done, very polite, very reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bugle is about 10 minutes drive from St Austell and Rosevears is quite possibly the best furniture shop in the area. As well as all types of furniture they also seek carpets and vinyl floor covering. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. Be warned though it's not cheap. You want quality the you have to pay.
