I visited the Rose Inn with my friend June on 1st May 25. It was a delightful experience. Its such a pretty place to visit! The food for the senior citizens choice was tasty and sufficient, and the two course option for the price was amazing! The service was friendly and helpful.
Living on the Isle of Man makes it difficult to visit often, but if I lived nearby, I know Rose Inn would be one of my regular places to eat.

I came here with my family, we had lovely food and great night out. I have also ordered sausages for my dog from the Dog’s menu! Lovely atmosphere and staff members, special thanks for the chef for making lovely dishes for me and my family.

We stopped here on our 14th wedding anniversary on Wednesday. We were just driving to find a nice little pub to have a nice lunch. Walked in and it is a gorgeous little pub. Took a seat and the staff were lovely. We had no idea if we were supposed to take a seat or wait to be seated so my husband asked and the lovely man behind the bar let us order at the bar (even though I think we sat where it’s table service, the snug, sorry) the food was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and we had a lovely time for our anniversary. We will definitely be back.

With only two people serving on a Saturday afternoon, I think the two ladies done very well.
Food was nice. I had the cod &chips.
The desert was sold out or ran out, so that was a bit of a fail.
Nice choice of drinks the Perroni was excellent, and on pump.
Sunday sounds busy. I overheard the bar staff saying it was sold out.
Dog friendly pub as well.
The toilets were very clean, but there was no lock on the toilet door, not that I was bothered, just noticeable.
The Rose Inn also has a decent gardens so on a summers day, it would be great.
Also has a children's play area.
Car park is easy to access, but there are no signs that I could see to what was exit or entry.
Maybe we missed it
On the whole , it's a good pub with pretty decent food on offer.

Nice coffee and cake morning for macmillan💚
Nice calm atmosphere, kids enjoyed the colouring, maybe a few more activities for the older children would be nice (word searches/something like that)
Everyone enjoyed their cake 🍰 however mine was extremely stale obviously picked the wrong one! Coffee was great 👍

I have waited over an hour for my food when it was not busy, they kept making excuses about my food, I went up to check up on it, they said it would be out shortly. Shortly in their terms was another 25 minutes

No apology from the server or staff for the late service, furthermore, the food arrived cold, I shall not be returning unless they buck up their service

I would also like to add they sent the wrong food to our table, this delay added an extra 45 mins onto our wait for food which is ridiculous

We went to visit Father Christmas at The Rose Inn and it was wonderful. Our daughter loved it so much she met Santa twice! The 'elves' were very helpful and attentive, and the food and drinks were lovely! Williams definitely looks to doing this again next year!

We have been here a few times now and have thoroughly enjoyed the food each time we have been but thought we would try the Sunday roasts this time. The food was amazing, and as always the staff were so kind and friendly. A really lovely place with good food, amazing staff and a great atmosphere.
