I was told by many companies, including Ford and Thule that I would not be able to fit bars to my Ranger Mk 8 flat bed side rails. It has taken me over 9 months to find a firm that could help, and as you can see, they not only fitted perfectly, they are Thule and match the roof bars... AND they got me the same key barrels as the roof bars! Great firm and highly delighted, not only with their advice but service delivery

Fantastic customer service from the guys. I ordered according to my car's recommendation for roof bar size and the guys phoned me to recommend a different size based on previous experience. I took their advice and it was spot on - the bars fit perfectly- had I gone with the recommendation I would have had to return the bars for a replacement. Really impressed with this customer service! Highly recommend this company!

Amazing service and care. Absolutely cannot fault these guys! Visited twice to get a box, they were super helpful giving advice and opinions both times and also trying different boxes on the car (as I couldn't make a decision just by looking at photos on the web) - Thank you so much! If you want to get a roofbox and you need really helpful people who also know their stuff, go to these guys.

Excellent service, we had a new car but old roof rack/bike rack, these guys used what we could off the old one and supplied and fitted it all. Saved us the hassle of fitting it ourselves. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the terrific customer service from Ken and his team. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part I needed in stock but without his attention to detail we could’ve got right through the order before realising this. Will definitely return to roofracks again if I need any other kit

I wrote to Roofracks as I needed a rare rack for an '09 i10. They responded within 2 hours with all the details I needed, even though they didn't have them. They gave me detailed advice as to what to look for and where to look for it. I got online and found probably the last early i10 kit, and the other bits I needed. When I wrote back to these awesome people, they then sent me a guide on how to install my rare i10 kit. I didn't even buy anything from them! These people are amazing and I will go to them every time now. Most highly recommended!!!
