We visited Hunstanton about 2 weeks ago and entered this Sweet Shop. I was happy to see that the mature Lady was selling Sugar Free sweets as I’m a Type1 Diabetic.
No sugar for me.
I spoke to this lady about the Sweets she was selling and explained that I’m Diabetic.
She assured me that there is NO sugar in her sweets that she is selling.
So I bought 2 bags.
After eating a few I noticed that my Sugar levels were getting higher and higher.
Can’t be the sweets I thought.
As they are sugar free.
Unfortunately every time I have eaten a sweet my sugars levels rocket upwards.
So clearly these sweets are NOT SUGAR FREE as she claimed and is selling.
I tried to find a number for the Shop but sadly there isn’t one listed to inform her of my findings.
So….
Please Please be aware of purchasing Sweets with claim to be sugar free as they are clearly not.

Loved this sweet shop, has loads of choices don't understand the other reviews as it's not expensive, cheap in my opinion and sweets tasted just fine, brought loads of stuff for gifts for my family, would recommend

Very disappointed brought quite a few pink rock wasn't cheap and found it very stale also brought sweets they tasted ok but very few in bag
