Robert offers a bespoke jewelry service, just what I was looking for. I sent an email to him explaining what I was requiring. He replied promptly and invited me to his workshop for a no obligation consultation. I had a basic idea of how I would like my ring to look and presented Robert with a few rough drafts of the design I had in mind. Robert listened mindfully to my requirements and took the draft designs telling me he would work on them and let me have some images of how he would interpret my ideas. These arrived within a few days and I was very pleased with the choices he had prepared. He had taken my rough designs and re- worked them into his own style and brought me back exactly what I was looking for in the design of the ring and choice of material (platinum). I am so pleased with the ring and having someone like Robert to advise on the more technical side of ring design and the ergonomics involved that I had never considered. Straightforward, clear, no nonsense honest transaction from start to finish.

Having bought an Australian Lightening Ridge dark opal for a new ring for my wife, we sourced a couple of jewellers in our area near York.
The first one we visited was advising us to add extra stones, which I believed was the wrong choice for this opal.
Having seen Roberts website we emailed a brief and Robert was interested in giving us other ideas to which way we wanted the stone to be mounted.
He listened, he advised, he talked through the pros and cons of owning an opal ring.
We’re so glad we commissioned Robert to give my wife just the perfect addition to her hand.
We were not expecting the ring to be made so quickly as the dates we gave were our 30th wedding anniversary in late August
Or my wife’s birthday in late September.
We were absolutely delighted to receive an email to say the ring was completed.
Top quality service from a very skilled craftsman and would definitely recommend.
As for the ring,
I’m safe for another 30 years marriage ?

WOW WOW WOW, what can I say, other than Robert Feather brought me to tears, certainly not in a bad way... his jewellery is something that will stand out in a crowd and something you'll LOVE for the rest of your life.

My engagement/wedding ring is one of his designs, that we had tweaked into our unique style by adding 4 more little diamonds, many years ago. My lovely husband wanted to surprise me with an eternity ring, but he knows me, and the fact that I don't like surprises. Anyway, he'd booked an appointment with Robert Feather at his studio to 'pick, design, or redesign' an eternity ring for me and more importantly to fit beautifully alongside my other ring (one of his designs). I am certainly not a ring model, as my hands are that of a mature woman, but I just LOVE both my rings, especially the latest addition. A wave design, with 4 clusters of diamonds, set in white gold, which has been sandblasted... Robert would probably describe it better than me, but no one can love it more than me or my husband. We just adore it!

Robert's service is second to none; his attention to detail cannot be faulted and his ultimate goal was only to have satisfied customers. This he has done with bells on.

Thank you Robert, from the bottom of our hearts. You have made both our rings so special and the whole experience of being part of the process is/was so memorable that we will always treasure.

We approached Robert Feather with a view to creating a diamond ring from an unused pair of diamond earrings. A very approachable professional, Robert 'walked us' through the process and some design options that he thought might be appropriate, together with some other options for us to consider. It was clear that he was precise and painstaking in his approach to ensure that we got exactly what we were after, together with a precise fit that would complement the existing wedding ring. Once the design and size had been agreed, Robert provided a CAD rendition of what the finished piece would look like for our final approval. After our approval, he produced an elegant and very attractive ring that was exactly what was desired; the fit was perfect and my wife is absolutely delighted with the finished article. Moreover, the whole process from beginning to end was a pleasure to undertake with no 'hard sell'. We would unreservedly recommend Robert's services and products.
