Very disappointed! I paid for next day delivery of a glass water filter jug. The store is now closed and I still have no jug.
I want my extra payment back. " Next day delivery" is by 24 hours later, not 36 hours or more.
Badly let down by Robert Dyas. You have my money, where is my jug?

Very expensive products, which can be purchased just around the corner for ½ the price, standard prices. I e. Dripack 1kg sofa crystals, over £4 in R.D. £2 in Sainsbury.?

Whenever I visit the shop, the staff including the manager(s) always give the
me fullest attention. Being honest, direct and with every customer, this branch draws in many buyers from the local community. It is always looks neat, light & airy hence it is a great pleasure to visit the shop to buy quality goods. Well done folks.

Prices are not as cheap as shops locally, including Dunelm opposite. Also the staff were fairly rude to me. I'd go elsewhere next time.

Always worth a look for the slightly less obvious kitchen utensils and equipment, for examples got a fantastic lemon squeezer after I had been on a cocktail making course. The lemon squeezer is excellent by the way amd leaves no juice behind.
Good for JML products you see advertised on TV.
Not normally and staff are friendly.

I tried to buy a kettle priced at £17.50 with love to shop vouchers I know you don't get change so I picked something else up to make it up to the £20 in vouchers I had , and the lad would not let spend the whole amount instead he said because the kettle was £17.50 I would not get change and could not buy the two items together with the vouchers . So basically I think he wanted the the £2.50 I told him forget it and got the same kettle cheaper at b and m.
