I recently sent a parcel here by mistake, it was supposed to be returned to rebellious fashion and after a month passing I noticed I hadn’t been refunded for my order because I had accidentally sent it to RMI services. I sent an email and immediately Natalie came back to me to say she had kept my parcel for me and would return to me free of charge so I could then claim my refund from rebellious fashion. They went above and beyond to help me and by doing so will be saving me from loosing out on a £100 refund. If your looking to do business here I can highly recommend there customer service skills, it’s not often companies go out of there way to help people with nothing in return and that is really saying something about the staff that work here. Thanks again.

We decided to join RMI and had been promised a service far superior to that of our previous 3PL.
We waited for weeks for an integration setup, rarely received updates and found ourselves constantly having to chase.
We were assured great service and ended up with them never returning calls despite numerous follow ups and messages, we felt ignored and were not looked after. Even when we send an email advising that we would not be progressing with their service they didn’t take the time to reply.

They said they were working hard on an audit, this took weeks, they missed all deadlines and we became low priority even though we put such trust into the service.
So disappointing.

I have to say that working with RMI has been nothing but a blessing! The level of support and service they provide is second to known. I know that if it wasn’t for Adam, Siobhan and the rest of the team I wouldn’t be able to continue with my online business. They are supportive, giving me regular updates and even suggestions on how to grow my online business which for me has been invaluable to me.
