Wow, I read the reviews and thought, "Can it really be that bad. It is worse. Car park is reasonably priced, but you need to change your footwear before getting back in your car. The shopping mall has one bargain shop and a cafe, that is all that is left. Areas cordoned off for your safety. it looks like the roof could fall on you at any moment - that is not an exaggeration. The town looks like it was once a decent place, but the heart has been ripped out of it. Quite sad really as when you drive in, there are really nice houses.

Genuinely shocked. Faeces in the car park lift and the smell of urine was disgusting. We walked in and thought it was closed and being refurbished maybe.... it just seems that it's not taken care of. There was 2 open shops. We were also worried about leaving our car. Definitely not returning.

90% of the shops are empty. This shopping centre is an absolute waste of space and money. It is costing a fortune and is taking up huge amount of space. It needs to go as it could be replaced by multiple different establishments and could be replaced by a giant primark and next or cinema, arcade and bowling

Recently visited Evesham and used the Riverside Shopping Centre for the car park as it's in a perfect location, however when we arrived, I couldn't believe how downhill the centre had become! There was rubbish scattered all around the entrance and when we walked inside, it was so sad to see how there was only 2 places open - a cafe and Home Bargins and again it was in a very poor state of disrepair. We also went into the town centre and was met with a poor site, the high street was again very dirty and unkept, nothing like it used to be. We used to like visiting Evesham and really hope the town and the shopping centre are saved!

I visit a LOT of shopping centres around the UK and I think this one is up there with the worst! It's 90 percent empty and totally rundown and neglected. The carpark below it was also very rundown and scruffy. The carparks steps were covered in litter and water from leaks. Well I hope it was water as there was also a strong urine smell! I certainly would NOT visit this carpark at night or on your own, it just felt extremely risky. It's the type of place you will get your car broken into or yourself mugged! Seriously.

I really cannot understand WHY this shopping centre and carpark is still operating. The whole building needs bulldozing in my opinion.

The main shopping street outside the shopping centre is nice though, so this shopping centre really is tarnishing the whole look and feel of the area.

Avoid if you can.

It's such a shame that this once vibrant centre gives off the appearance that no one loves it anymore. There are only 3 or 4 shops left, and the toilets have been closed for a long time. Even the radar key access disabled toilet was closed several months ago and looks as tho it will remain closed. There is a positive tho, the attached multi-storey is handy parking for the Abbey and is good value for money if you're parking a car.
It looks as tho the owners are biding their time until the leases on the remaining shops are up, and then it will end up as overpriced housing with river views.

Awful building. Only one shop left. Needs pulling down and starting again.

I used to be a thriving shopping center.
