The staff are much friendlier now than when they used to be. When I was at college down the road, the shop owners weren't very welcoming, but whenever I've been in for anything lately, I've always had a good chat with the staff. It's a great convenience shop and you can get most things, although don't expect budget shopping - it's a convenience shop, so prices aren't the cheapest.

Perfect store for essentials and a good range of booze. Always met with a smile by amhed who over the years has become a good friend. Always ever to chat and share cultural differences and always polite and genuinely a top bloke. Couldn't recommend highly enough especially when he's got a Sri Lankan curry in the slow cooker bubbling away in the back ?
