At last I have found the right care agency for my dear Mum! I can honestly say that Right at Home have changed my and Mums lives for the better. We had tried several other agencies but they did not compare to the excellent care mum is now receiving. Right at home are genuinely caring and very professional. Mum now welcomes the carers into her home whereas before with her Alzheimer's she didn't want to open the door! It's clear to see why Mum is now so much more stable and happy. The carers speak to her with respect and her every need is met. The care team always go that extra mile to ensure Mum is safe and comfortable. From my experience Right at Home carers provide the quality of care you usually only find from nursing care. Online client access to the roster and carer comments for each visit is invaluable. It's very reassuring to see how Mum is feeling and means any issues can be immediately addressed. Thanks also to the management and co-ordinators. Your carers are a credit to you!

Right at Home supported our mum following a fall. The carers are thoughtful and kind, delivering in home support with a perfect balance of professionalism and common sense. They let mum take the lead, with encouragement and positivity. They got to know our mum and were engaging and polite at all times. Carers arrive as promised and followed up with any queries we had, accommodating time changes and running errands to collect medicines. We could not have hoped for more. Thank you RAH, especially to Vicky and Emma who are stand outs. Highly recommend.

The staff are fantastic. The office is always quick to act with any problem there may be with my Dad.
If I call the office, I can always talk to someone who understands our situation.
The caregivers go out of their way to help and care for my Dad, and he tells me he is very fond of all the girls and how kind they are. He loves to chat and enjoys their company.
The cottage is cleaned and his ironing is always done.
We are very lucky to be able to use this company and have done for over a year.
They have never let us down and have gone out of their way to help us at times of need.

Right at Home began visiting and supplying homecare for my father in July 2022 following his stroke that year. We are very pleased with the homecare service which all the Team has provided, and still provides. Their support is professionally given with concern, kindness and friendliness. We have been informed if any suspected health issues have been raised during these visits, and communicate regularly with the Management Team and homecare staff.

We would recommend the Team. My father enjoys their visits, and we are thankful that we discovered this Company.

Right at Home have been caring for my cousin for the last few months after his previous care arrangements came to an end. I have been tremendously impressed with Right at Home from our very first contact with them. They moved quickly and efficiently to help us - arranging an assessment of care needs and establishing an immediate rapport with my cousin. My cousin is delighted with all the members of his care team, and is amazed how much they manage to get done in their relatively short visits while still engaging with him personally. The management team are closely involved and take a very active role in my cousin's care and are proactively exploring various ways of helping him further. The word "holistic" is overused these days, but it really does describe the approach that the Right at Home team take when providing care to their clients. What has also impressed us from the posts on their Facebook group is the evidence of the care that Right at Home take over their staff as well as their clients. The team are obviously cherished and supported and it shows in their attitude, their good humour, and all the smiles.

Right at Home have been outstanding in helping to assist with a night carer for my mum.
From start to finish, they've been attentive, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted out really quickly.
Their follow up service is wonderful, always checking if everything is ok or if there's anything that can be changed/amended.

We have had nothing but a good experience with Right at Home. We lost my grandad very suddenly and had to have a 24/7 carer in for my Nana straight away. Ally did a very thorough assessment initially and both Ally and Chris were really helpful in communicating with us quickly and did their utmost to get the best care for Nana. We have built a good relationship with them and they’re always sensitive and genuine. Considering the difficulty that our family has been through, they have definitely helped us make the very best of a hard situation. The carer we have for Nana is kind and very caring and we trust her implicitly to keep Nana safe. We hope to continue working with the team for as long as we can.
