Refused to accept a parcel at the post office as the box was an inconvenient size; was told I had to return Monday instead; when explained that I work full time and won't have the opportunity to come back Monday. When I asked why the box couldn't be taken, the staff member rudely stated that they "don't have to explain themselves to me". Absolutely appalling service, will not be going back.

This small shop and Post Office is a joy to visit - one of a handful I actually enjoy going to. All the staff are extremely helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Larger stores could learn many lessons from this shop. Well done to all.

As a post office it is the worst I have ever been in because the lady behind the counter is so unhelpful and rude to say the least, if she can find an excuse not to take your return she will even says she shut it early at 2.45pm. The post office need to shut this one down as its a waste of time.....

Extremely rude, offensive and unhelpful postmistress. Refused to take in a legit parcel, depsite the label stating 'take to local post office'. Refused to help when i asked where the local delivery office was. She was also rude to another customer. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This person does not deserve to run a post office. What is the point of a Post Office refusing to handle post ?
