I've used Rhino bags twice now. Using these bags over a skip has allowed me to fill them around my busy life and not have to worry about filling in within a set timeframe. Also, as I don't have a drive way, the cost of a skip and license to put on the pavement would have cost me significantly more. Both times the bags were collected very quickly (within 2 business days).

Brilliant service and reasonably priced. Didn't realise you can use your own builders bulk bags if in a good condition. Placed collection order through the app, collected next morning. If a larger quantity required a skip is more cost effective, but for small requirements these bags are perfect!

Booked a slot with this company to collect a builders bag full of rubble. Came and collected no problems. Easy payment online. Collected when I was at work. Saved money as I didn't need the extra space/ cost of a skip. Would and will use again 👍

Very convenient and competitive. However, more suitable if you have a vehicle accessible place for collection. I could have given 5 star but their collection was very late. It took 2 weeks to get the bag collected. Their website says 3 - 5 days but when you call them to ask, they say 5 to 10 working days which means 2 weeks.

Website guarantees collection of bags “5-10days”, phoned up to be told collections are 14days!! No emails or phone call to advise this either. Unprofessional. Claim to be cheaper than a skip hire, they are not. £50 per collection of bag then £45 per bag after the first. Plus £5 per bag delivered. I ordered 5x bags (£25), then booked collection of said 5x bags (£230) total £255, a skip would of been £200 I was quoted, and would have held more. Avoid using rhino bags and just get a skip, more reliable:

The ideal service if you enjoy looking at a pile of rubbish for days on end while Rhinobag think about coming to collect it. No response at all to requests to come and get it. Absolute shambles. Use A1 skips instead as they understand customer service.
