The mortice latch (German 1980s) for our St Croix front door wore out and I was lucky to fine a very similar European latch at SmartLock. Although it was not a large purchase, the delivery to here was complicated. Stuart Duncan helped me with the process to finally have a deliverable address here in the US Virgin Islands. The product works great, the delivery was reasonably timely, and it would not have happened without his help. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

These locks exceeded our expectations. The locks themselves are well designed with a backup physical lock in case of battery/wifi failure. However the fact that the software tells you the exact battery power on each lock in %, the wifi connection strength and the pin codes are stored for a short time on the lock even if wifi connection is lost, means you probably won´t ever need to use the physical keys if you are monitoring everything on your PC. The software is extremely easy to use, almost plug and play. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
