Highly recommend coming here if you are in search of a new bed or furniture for your living space. Becky was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out our new mattress a couple weeks ago. You will not feel any pressure by sales people to make a purchase. Employees are very friendly and helpful when it comes to answering questions.

Just had a sideboard delivered by Reeds and want to say what a fantastic company they are, from ordering (over the phone) to delivery, the delivery men were polite, friendly and very respectful. They put down a cover by the front door, and put on plastic covers over their shoes, even fitted the shelves inside the cupboards. Five stars is not enough, they deserve many more. Thank you to all the staff that I dealt with.

A Fenland gem. Bright, airy showroom with helpful and non hovering staff which in turn leads to a comfortable and enjoyable visit.Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond. The delivery staff were just as accomodating, respectful of property and done an amazing job of putting furniture together. Reeds embodies an 'old school' approach of times past and that's what makes them stand out from today's modern fast paced showrooms that lack care and class.

What a lovely place. No hard selling. Salesman Drew was delightful. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Amazing amount of excellent furniture. I will definitely be going again for all my furniture in future. What an amazing experience

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
As a fellow reviewer has mentioned, they make it very clear that they are non-commission, and this is shown wonderfully in the way they are willing to spend as much time as necessary to ensure you purchase what is right for you ("most expensive does not always mean best for you".Their words, not mine) rather than what will just line their pockets.
They have an excellent choice of furniture and beds, which we have purchased plenty over the years, and now we have just had our flooring done by Reeds also, which has been true to their usual form, which is great. Keep up the fab work Reeds!!!

What a wonderful service these guys give. My mother had order a sofa from Glasswells. The sofa took 8 months to arrive and was also broken. We knew it would take that long but the customer service Glaswells gave was shocking.
We then went to Reeds and my god what a difference. The customer service was outstanding they couldn't do enough for my Mum.
The sofa was ordered that day and they went out of there way to chase and get it delivered in five weeks.
The delivery drivers were also so friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend and I would definitely buy from here again.
Unfortunately Glasswells in Bury St Edmunds have lost a loyal customer through their shabby customer service. I certainly would not recommend them. The girl I spoke to was rude and huffed all the time I was on the phone. Apparantly she is the Customer service manager in store. I suggest she gets some more training on how to speak to people.
I did complain to the manager regarding this lady.
