I took some work trousers in for some alterations and was charged £15 which is very fairly priced, I asked for the hems to be taken up and for the legs to be tapered in as they were very baggy. I picked them up and got home to try them on, to find out she forgot to taper the legs. so I called her and she said I never asked for the legs to be tapered, which we had spent 10 minutes discussing in the shop the previous day. anyway she wouldn't have it that she was wrong and said I could have it done if I paid another £15, what a cheek, she was trying to make me pay twice, I wouldn't mind the trousers only cost £25 and she wanted to charge me £30. I would go some where else if I was you because this woman is clearly off here rocker.

Nice little designer store, good selection of stock. They have great sales at the end of each season and I've picked up some absolute bargains on CP, Stone Island, Boss & Aquasqutum. Staff are friendly and helpful.
