Had to drop off a few Yodel parcels this week. The chap took 2 one day no problem. Today the lady serving was very rude & told me she would only take 1 (of the 3 virgin boxes I had) as she had too many boxes, I should come back another day after 10am. (there were less boxes in their bag than when I was there before so that excuse was nonsense!).. This is awful customer service, I hope not too many others people "inconvenience" this lady by expecting her to serve them.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff who outright refused to take my parcels. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a service is advertised but can’t actually be used. If you’re a small shop and unable to handle larger parcels, then why offer this service in the first place?

I took a large box which I was refused receivership of, size dimension was approx:
70-80cm Wide
60cm Depth
50cm Height

Thinking the shop worker/owner was joking I stood there in-front of him to again be refused receivership and he suggested an alternative shop. I wasn't aware that a parcel would be refused for a box I wouldn't called "massive" or "too big" to take. Ridiculous service and what annoys me is they would be happy to take alot of mine or yours money over the till for their benefit. Maybe a large box means to them an expensive product they aren't getting a cut of.... your guess is as good as mine.

Very disappointed considering he also couldn't prove refusal was backed up by a policy they had.

I diverted a parcel here that I bought on eBay. I didn't get a collection code from eBay, but the woman behind the counter was very friendly and competent- she phoned eBay customer service to get them to send me the code (having explained to me what she was going to do), so I was still able to take my parcel away.
