So easy to recycle my old shoes for free! I have a lot of Vivo Barefoot shoes and was recycling an old pair, only to realize I can recycle other brands too! Stuck in local depot. Parcel returned over 3 weeks ago and has been stuck in a local depot ever since. No phone number for this company so they only deal with emails and so far I have made zero progress on tracking the parcel or finding out when they will deliver it!

Worst company I have dealt with. Check trustpilot reviews for loads of people saying exactly the same thing with some people with parcels valued in the hundreds of pounds missing or stuck in depots.

Picture taken 20 Aug and still not delivered.

This company is a joke. It’s been three weeks since I returned my parcel to the UK, costing €10.10 and it has still not been received by the retailer! The parcel stayed in Dublin for 10 days! Tracking hasn’t been updated in 4 days. Cowboys
