What an unpleasant boutique situated at Sloane Square. I came during the summer Sample Sale of 2024, greeted by the horrific sales assistant and manager. I am in my early twenties, and felt shunned and unworthy by the staff (the manager at the time with an odd haircut). I had asked to try on two dresses and they barely talked to me or showed where the rooms were. Then when I had finished and asked where to put the items I didn't want, I was purposefully ignored. An older lady had come in and their attention was solely on her. I felt incredibly unwelcome and was treated diabolically. Avoid avoid avoid. What a nauseating establishment.

Visited London store this week to buy boots lovely staff couldn’t have been more helpful. As in London on a break and flying home they were happy to post the boots home for me to ensure I didn’t incur excess baggage charges. Highly recommend

I love the style of the clothes and always visit the shop when I’m in the area.

However, the lack of professionalism from the staff is frustrating. I bought a pair of brown suede boots, and the shop assistant packed two right boots in the box! This is such a basic mistake.

Now I have to return to the store to fix this, which is a huge inconvenience as I live outside London. It’s about 4 hours of my time wasted, and I can’t send them back by post because one of the right shoes was from a different collection.

Please train your staff to check items properly before selling them!

Dreadful experience with online order. Upon receiving my order I called them to advise that I need a smaller size blouse, I send return form clearly stating I would like an exchange for a smaller size (as well as conforming via telephone). Despite emails and follow up phone call no response nor dispatch of the smaller size as per instructions. Very poor customer service

Absolutely awful experience shopping online. They will not reply to any emails, whether direct to their address or through Paypal. They did not send any order acknowledgement, so I asked for it, none came, then I cancelled order through Paypal. They still posted the goods; I received order two weeks later. I returned goods, no acknowledgement; finally reclaimed money through Paypal claim. Meanwhile, I was being spammed with adverts through endless emails. Avoid!

Finally, I purchased the boots I’ve been dreaming about for the past several years! I actually received them earlier than scheduled and the packaging was incredible. The boots fit like they were made for me and are cut in a way that provides excellent shaping. I’m athletic with muscular calves and will still be able to wear jeans tucked in. The leather is smooth and it’s so obvious they are handmade. For me, the cost of these boots are well worth it because they will never go out of style and are made to last.

Customer service was very responsive and I just might purchase a pair of the suede boots in the near future!!

I visited the shop to try on a few items before using my voucher online. The presentation of the shop is absolutely wonderful, I felt genuinely welcome and the service was excellent. The assistant was incredibly helpful, patient and gave some good advise. Will be certainly back.
