Excellent aftercare - I purchased a rug which unfortunately had some defects, not Reads Rugs fault. I was worried that like some other online sites there would be issues in dealing with it - or the infamous 'ghosting' that some others might do to delay sorting out an issue. But no! Andre, Daniel and Josh have all been exceptional with communication (first about my changing the delivery address, all the way to reassuring me they've seen the photos and will sort it out). 5 Stars well deserved, will recommend to others

Very pleased with my indoor outdoor rug.

Excellent service. The company arranged speedy delivery of rug from suppliers whilst also accommodating my request for different colour. Rug unfortunately displayed a weave fault….Reads arranged urgent replacement with minimum of delay. Good old fashioned service….highly recommend.

As ever with internet purchases difficult to assess quality from picture and rug seems a little "Thin "for the money but will have to see how it wears
