Very happy with Callum and Stephen I think on purchasing our MG4 Trophy addition. Received a good price for our old car in part ex, everything then went smoothly, to the test drive and sorting out payment. We both love the car and the presentation when it was ready. All a very easy and pleasant experience. As well as picking up the car in little to no time.

Thanks to Callum and Anik I had great day at Cadwell Park driving the new MG Cyberster. Even with a professional instructor to help me, my skill level (and the wet track) meant that I didn’t fully experience what this great car has to offer. What I did notice though is how well the car handled the wet track and my distinctly average driving skills.

Callum was helpful selling the car then wasn’t interested in the aftercare

1. Car had ceramic coating got no certificate to proof been done despite been promised the certificate

2 supposed to get boot liner still not got.

3 supposed to get car mats. Received wrong ones.

Called and emailed regarding these issues sometimes get a callback or email other times just get ignored

Poor aftercare from read mg Grimsby be very careful would not recommend

Car was booked in for first service under a lease deal and would be five stars if it wasn't for the communication failure between lease company and MG, which meant my service had to be changed short notice. Other than that, the car was serviced and cleaned to high standard, and the wait time was pretty good too,as it was an electric car service, so it was pretty minimalist.

Terrible customer service and a terrible technical team. Lie about their responsibility in terms of warranty, they admit this is a fault to the vehicle but this methods can’t “diagnose” it, so therefore can’t make a repair, then they and let dangerous vehicles back into the road. Steer clear. Their repose below is inadequate.
