RDS have been fantastic. I had 200 boxes that I needed to ship out within the UK and Katrina, Sarah and David were brilliant from start to finish. They explained the process very clearly, set me up on the portal, printed and sent the labels to me, they took care of everything and went above and beyond. All boxes were delivered the next day and with no issues. Absolute first class service and will 100% be using them again. Not only is their service fantastic but they are such friendly people and so easy to talk to. A huge thank you to all of you.

I found Katrina from RDS friendly, accommodating and helpful. She understood what I needed and provided me with a personalised experience, she kept me updated on the driver's location throughout.
