Really disappointed and poor customer service. I fully believe in supporting shopping local, however today whilst collecting my Christmas order, I was told they wouldn’t be giving it to me as I didn’t have my order number with me. Apparently my name, phone number and address I left on ordering don’t suffice. On top of that when I ordered they tried to charge me a deposit greater than the actual value of the order. I’m now without Christmas meat. Bring back Keith who was always lovely & helpful. The new owner’s customer service is appalling. Won’t be resting ever again after using every year since we moved here

These guys are fantastic. Great service and advice, excellent quality meat and reasonably priced. Far superior to anything you'll find in the supermarket.
The guys are always upbeat and jovial, making it my wife's favourite shop in Bookham, and she's a vegetarian!
