A great place to relax with your family. Always fresh and tasty food ? Good prices, parking nearby. The toilet is also important. Always clean and cozy atmosphere.

Visited M&S and was disappointed that there was no cafe, odd lighting throughout the store which certainly seem to make the clothes a different shade to what they actually were, nice food hall.
What was really bad was the very narrow pavement outside the stores (running the entire length of the retail park) which meant having to repeatedly stand in the car park to let people pass, particularly if pushing buggies, seems as though cars are given priority over pedestrians.

Nice to have a 'out of town shopping centre'
so close to town 10 minutes walk I use mobility scooter & that could be a draw back? when very busy to path outside the shops not wide & cars over hang the path?
don't forget take the bridge over steam to more B&Q dunelm n more, no signs?, visit new M&S wide Isles for cloth but not supermarket & hanging clothes to close to lift doors & bad spacing at cash till?, enjoy.

Came here special to collect something from Next as it's my closest one. Had a coffee at the integrated Costa which was nice. Decent selection of shops but the parking is an absolute nightmare getting in, and even worse getting out. No kidding it took me 15 minutes to get in and get parked, and another 30 minutes to get out of the place! When you do get out there's no way of turning right to go back towards to A61, so I had to go all the way up to West Bars roundabout and turn round! Too much is crammed into a small space in a very busy area. If I ever have to go back I would rather park somewhere out of town and walk even though parking here is free for a two or three hours (not sure which). You spend half of that time faffing about trying to park, that's how bad it was. And that's on a Sunday in mid October. God knows what's it's like near Christmas, I'll be avoiding it like the plague.

Not too bad! This place has changed quite a bit in recent years. Debenhams closed and was replaced with M&S. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare at the weekend. If you do decide to park here make sure you check the parking notices because plenty of people have been fined for leaving the car there and walking into town etc. Apart from that there's a couple of ok shops. Hobby craft and Asda can be good if you are looking for something specific or crafty.

Probably is the worst carpark design I have ever seen In my life, traffic lights that let 3 cars out at a time and a ramp that barely fits both inbound and outbound traffic at the same time. Who ever made this design clearly didn’t finish school.

Went to the new M&S store which was very clean and well laid out.
Parking and access are still atrocious, which makes for a stressful visit.
