We spent a large some of money on Moduleo Flooring in our hall and living room. 6 months after fitting, gaps started appearing on the herringbone pattern - I contacted Ramsden mills by email , phone and WhatsApp to the fitter more than 10 times before they finally called Moduleo to inspect. After a promise of rectifying the issue, a fitter turned up and applied some glue which was not what I was promised. Problem still persists annd has worsened and despite more emails and calls no one has got back to me. Terrible customer service and overall experience. I never leave bad reviews but after spending a large sum of money on flooring you would expect to be treated better.

Great service on our carpet fitting. Huge thanks for helping fix our measurement error so quickly. Thank you so much to all in the store for helping switch out a different carpet immediately, and also to the fitter for coming back the same day to fit it. We’re delighted with the finished product.

Fantastic service! The two chaps who came to fit the carpet on our stairs and landing ran into several problems with the stairs being all different widths. They explained all problems, but not in a negative way, just in how they work around them. It was a striped carpet, and its has been fitted perfectly. Highly recommend.

Good prices, good lead time for fitting and a great selection of carpets. Pleasant people to do business with and very pleased with the guys who laid the carpet,well mannered and friendly. Got loads more carpet to go and I most certainly will be calling Ramsden Mills again.

Fitters are great, really knowledgeable! I asked them best recommended carpet / flooring to lay for rest of my property and they gave me great advice on what is most hardwaring and cost effective on the market. Had my flooring laid in no time...shame they no longer offer taking away off cuts or preparing the floor (we had to do this) but overall great finish. Shop fitted us in pretty quick. Thank you 😊

Absolutely appalling customer service and shockingly rude manager Mark. Apparently because I have brought slightly cheaper carpet I have to expect that it will discolour and bobble and lose texture after 3-6 months. Obviously I was not told that at time of purchase that this would be the case, but mark has said "well you brought cheap carpet what did you expect". It's insane to think that a customer would buy a carpet on that premiss. Mark at Ramsden Mills has been rude and offensive and has taken me 8 months to try and resolve the issue I have with the carpet he has supplied only for his to hang up the phone on me. I absolutely shocked and disgusted with level of service and lack of humanity and his approach to dealing with aftercare. Please do not buy from here.
