Went to the quiz shop at lakeside shopping centre this eve (6-6-23 at around 6pm) to look for a outfit for my best friends wedding, there was a young lady who helped us, I can’t thank her enough!! She was amazing helped us to find a dress that would suit my figure, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was so so lovely and helpful and I’m hoping this might get back to you at some point! I wanted to say thank you for all your help and for making the hour that we was in the shop fantastic, amazing customer service ?

Liv and Sophie are an absolute credit to the store. They were both so helpful. They invested so much time into helping 3 of us find a dress each as well accessories. Having been in many shops already, can honestly say this was the best service received. They deserve to be rewarded

Clothes are good, shame about the staff. Clearly closing at 9pm doesn’t mean you are providing a service up until 9pm. Closing the changing rooms at 8:30pm and then telling customers that you can’t try anything on and they will be closing 5 minutes early isn’t exactly what I would call good service. I was going to spend £150+ but I’ll take my money and custom elsewhere. Well done Lakeside

Now if I could give a 0 I would , Manager I am sure her name is Michelle brown hair grumpy looking at lakeside quiz what a rude old women I come out changing room she chased me shouting excuse me for everyone to hear to ask me if I was keeping a pair of shorts in my hand by this point she basically almost had them out my hand before I could reply I said yes I’m keeping them I need to change them because the thread is coming out ( she already new I was keeping them as I left stuff in changing room already she see me leave I told her there is stuff in room I don’t want) she then shouted to her staff help this women they looked embarrassed and said don’t no why she’s doing this how embarsing is she. the poor girl was with a lady serving she said im working. I told the grumpy women to help me for her self I really don’t need to rob a £20 top i make more than you do a month in a day love. Think you need a new manger staff don’t seem happy with her and she was so grumpy from the start must have a sad life bless her. She can’t go around accusing people of stealing silly old women must hate her job. Read all your reviews of everyone saying how manger is so rude

Rude staff. Refused to do a refund, because i didn't want to give my surname and post code. This data protection and i am not suppost to provide any of this info. Not just that ladie was very rude and unpleasant. I feels unwelcome. Both items in store they didn't asked any details bit to return fors me provide my personal details. On return policy on a till it doesn't say that i can't return things if i not providing personal info. Never go back again.

I have bought two great dresses from Quiz for charity ball events, very good prices for pretty ball gowns. As in any store, you must look for damage and makeup, no surprises there. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money and a nice shoe and bag selection for accessories.
