Fast and quick service. but one thing the box was damaged, but was told by the driver if anything was missing just to call and let them know as the driver had taken pictures, and all would be good.
So was happy with my shelfs and awaiting more parts now should be with tomorrow.

I VERY rarely agree to do reviews as well as giving stars (it's irritating and annoyin) but I am very happy to make an exception this time.
1) the delivery was excellent which is unusual for DPD
2) the quality and design of the product is really good and thick metal and intelligent holes so you can put in a long widish bolt facing outwards
3) I did not need to use it but the former or template for the holes showed that an engineer is in charge of the sales process
4) The instructions were provided and sensible

My only OBSERVATION (not criticism) is that I would make the top of the holes for the bolt heads to fit through about 2 - 3 mm wider apart so you can put in a 12 mm hex bolt head in or if it is (as in my case) a dome headed coach bolt you do not have to grind down two edges to get the bolt in
