I visited Pure brides on 28/02 and was served by the lovely Molly. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Molly made me feel super comfortable and her honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated. I was not expecting to find my dress as this was the first bridal shop I had visited, however I fell in love with the 3rd dress I tried on and said ‘YES’ to the dress.

I bought my dress from Pure and my husband bought and hired his suits from Pure Suit Hire. The ladies were lovely, very helpful and quick to answer any queries we had. Wouldn’t of had the perfect dress and suits if it weren’t for them ❤️

I had the best experience at Pure Brides Norwich with Riro. Was my first time trying on dresses and Riro made me feel so welcomed, very professional manner and I felt like a princess. The shop is beautiful and I felt very over welmed with happiness and myself and my guests had alot of happy tears during my appointment. An experience i'll never forget. Thankyou for helping me choose the perfect dress ❤️

I had my appointment yesterday, all I can say is wow! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, I was extremely nervous as I recently finished cancer treatment earlier this year, meaning my body doesn't look the same and I'm in the process of growing my hair out. The second I walked into pure brides I was greeted by the lovely staff who worked there, they are all SO kind and friendly which immediately put my mind at ease! My appointment was with the beautiful Riro! Riro is like your very own personal hype woman, the 3rd dress she picked out for me was the one!!! Couldn't be anymore pleased with my experience at pure brides, I would recommend to absolutely anybody. Yesterday was a very special day and certainly one I will never forget.

I won a VIP competition at Pure Brides, where we had Prosecco on arrival, a 2-hour appointment, and a bridal goodie bag. Additionally, I won a spa day for 2! From the moment we walked into the shop, we felt welcomed by the lovely staff at Pure Bride. They were very professional, friendly, and took the time to learn about me and my love story.

Molly and Martina supported me throughout the appointment and helped me find my dream dress. They made the whole experience so special, and I am so grateful to have shared it with them. This will be a moment I will never forget. ✨🙌🏻

Visited with my friend and she found her dress! 😭❤️ Jade was our sales consultant and she was just incredible! So supportive, encouraging and attentive to my friend and her likes and dislikes etc. It really felt like nothing was too much to ask. The whole experience was truly phenomenal! All of the ladies were so professional, but also lovely and friendly - truly the ultimate hype girls! The ambience and background music just added to the most lovely, happy, comfortable atmosphere. We visited another dress shop in the city and it honestly was not a patch on the Pure Brides experience! (We RAN straight back to Pure Brides after!!) We are all so, so excited to go back in the summer for her pick up party!! You really do not need to look anywhere else!

I just wanted to spend a moment to say how wonderful my experience was with Molly at Pure. She was incredibly attentive and didn’t try to pursuade me to try on other dresses. I knew what dress I wanted (for 8 years) and she totally got it. I cried constant happy tears when I finally was in my dress. That was the one and only dress I tried. Spent the rest of the appointment being treated like a queen. Had cocktails with my best girls. Molly was super excited and invested into my journey to this point, but not intrusive and gave us time to soak it all in. The goody bag was sweet. Molly’s little hand written card that arrived this week was also just so lovely. And all of the staff were just so happy to hear I found the one. The atmosphere was so positive and happy. Thank you Molly most of all, but also to everyone that makes our dreams come true at Pure. X Max X
