What lovely people!
Our granddaughter tried on 7 different dresses. The enthusiasm, humour and advice of the ladies was great. If only everywhere had that level of customer service.
We found "The Dress". Our granddaughter is over the moon. And we were very happy with the offered discount for a damaged hook and eye fastening.
We recommend that every potential prom queen visits them. You will have the best time trying on beautiful gowns and find the one that makes you feel a million dollars, or pounds.

Okay, so the prom dress search was a disaster until we found Prom & Occasion.
Honestly, the staff were like actual lifesavers – so friendly and genuinely helpful (a welcome change from some of the other places we'd been!).
The dresses? Absolutely gorgeous! And the prices were actually reasonable, which was a huge relief. My daughter, who is hard to please, especially during our dress hunt in previous stores, suddenly fell in love with a few different dresses. Major win for stressed-out Mom!
Of course, being the super-organized person I am (not!), the perfect dress wasn't in her size. But the amazing staff totally came through and let us buy the one off the hanger! Apparently, that's not their usual thing, so we were extra grateful.
Prom & Occasion is a total gem. Amazing selection, great prices, and staff who actually care. My younger daughter has already declared it's where she's going for her prom dress in a few years, so that tells you something! Definitely recommend checking them out if you want a stress-free (and successful!) dress shopping experience.
