They conveniently won’t allow you to track an item if you pay standard shipping. Two days before Christmas and I have no idea if my daughter’s present - ordered weeks ago - will arrive. I’ve message them and am told if I want to track it I have to pay 4 euro. When I asked about how to do that I just get a bank account number but no detail as to how my payment is linked to my order. Never again.
