I got in touch to place a consultation with the owner sometime in spring this year, she forgot on the first scheduled date, then rearranged for the second time and she forgot again. She was not bothered that I was actually sourcing for a customised outfit. It seems she only does business for 'influencers' or those who are Internet famous. Find her unfazed profession rude. Plenty of small owner Indian wear designers out there who actually care and want your time and be committed from the very first consultation.

We are in LOVE with Pretty Heritage! My husband and I had some outfits made for some family weddings and they are absolutely beautiful. During our first meeting with Monita I instantly knew that she was the right person to make our outfits. She listens to your vision, sketches out designs and is very honest about what works, looks good etc. Furthermore, her customer service is one of the best I have come across in this industry. I visited the Pretty Heritage Studio last year to create a bespoke outfit for a family wedding. And I haven’t looked back since. I booked an appointment and we ran through exactly what I wanted. What I wanted wasn’t on display but the designer really understood what vision I had and bought it to life. Even that we only had a month to spare! Monita never hesitated to make changes or alter anything on the outfit after the first fitting. Considering the time limit and the type of outfit I wanted I felt no pressure or stress. I asked Monita to design an outfit for me for daughters wedding reception. I can honestly say, the whole process was easy and straightforward. I went in with an idea of what I thought I wanted, however, walked away with a something completely different and uniquely me!! Monita really took on board my views, colour suggestions etc....she even had my logo for my business incorporated into the embroidery!! Sounds odd but it's so subtle you cant notice it unless I point it out.

The outfit is absolutely STUNNING!! I had so many compliments on the day, everyone said they'd never seen me look more beautiful than I did that day. Not only did she design my outfit, Monita also did my hair make-up on both the wedding day and the reception that took place the following day.

She was an oasis of calm on both days, which is exactly what I needed as I was constantly being asked questions by family members and interrupted during the hair and makeup sessions.

Next year is a big wedding anniversary for me and I know where I'm going for my outfit!

An amazing experience from brainstorming concepts right through to working my outfits at a family wedding.
I got a bespoke cape outfit and shalwar kameez, and mum had an anarkali in which she looked totally stunning. I loved that no one else at wedding wore anything remotely similar...we were divas enjoying every moment and compliments.
Throughout Monita made my mum and I feel like two special individuals who have their own styles, preferences yet wanting a hint of coordination.
We eagerly await another celebratory occasion so we can work with PH. Who will undoubtedly make us feel special.
