I have very worst experience , service was to slow and employees are not polite, I asked few questions about coffee and employees making fun out of it . I can see kind of racism and supervisor was don’t even care about customer complaints and she joined to make some more fun

Firstly my cup was with coffee prints and I asked to change it .I asked for oat latte and I got this water milk which is not at all good. Very bad service and also the team leader she is very arrogant. I really didn’t like the service. Very bad service I request Pret to attest change the staff or teach the staff customer service.

I just LOVE everything about this Pret! Laura, Amrita, Snazzy and everyone else (I just don't know their names yet). Staff is so great, friendly and polite, I love seeing them every morning! And I love the food, the best food from all coffee shops! Thank you All, I appreciate you and your work.

The food and coffee is nice but the open times!!! I nearly cancelled my subscription because of this! Please change open times on Monday and Friday too. 8:30 on Monday is too late. Everyone is already at work by then! Costa, Starbucks, Nero next door are always open at 7 before Pret

Staff are friendly but there is one particular girl who seriously cannot make drinks. Whatever you order whether it’s hot chocolate, latte, matcha, mocha, absolutely whatever u order they will all taste like hot watery milk.

Can easily be best on the street but the coffee is over hot or just 'warm' if you ask for any other temperature. Also short on shots I believe
You can burn yourself on the wraps too now as toasted behind the counter to an incredible temperature which also sticks them to the cardboard and makes them near inedible! Fix the basics!
