We were staying at the airport Sofitel due to an early flight so a combo of Pret and M&S were the most viable dinner options. I actually really enjoyed the egg and salmon breakfast baguette and of course my favourite brownie. I got my daughter the Mac and cheese from the hot food selection which was outlandishly expensive for what it was

I was at first dissapointed that the staff do not all speak french but then I realised that I dont speak french either so it was a good thing. The sandwiches are very expensive but I think that is all part of the experience. I bought a wrap with duck inside and it was so yummy I ate it for breakfast. I had originally planned to save it for my flight but temptation got the better of me.

Good standard Pret. Food is always fresh and consistent quality. Service here is usually quick and efficient which is good as this Pret is always very busy with long queues.

Today we bought an egg/bacon baguette, Brie and tomato baguette. Prosciutto baguette and Salmon & dill rye roll. All were generously filled and fresh. Followed it with a chocolate and almond cookie - these are delicious.

Love the traditional Brie and tomato baguettes but noticed I can only get these now at airport Pret’s (not sure why and been there same for 2 years).

Served by new member of staff who was clearly working as hard and quick as she could and very friendly.

Fair amount of seating which is mainly outside the shop and opposite it.

I visited the North Terminal at London Gatwick this evening Saturday 21st December, heading out for my Christmas holidays. As a frequent flyer, I always stop at Pret for a Scandi Style Salmon Roll before my flight. Unfortunately, this evening, it was sold out.

I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Yuri and asked if there were any more being prepared. Initially, he said no, but then he went above and beyond by offering to make one for me if I could wait 10 minutes. I couldn't say no!
What can I say? Yuri went above and beyond any expectation! The customer service at Pret was outstanding!

A huge thank you to Mr. Yuri for your kindness and willingness to help. Wishing you and the entire Pret team a wonderful Christmas and an Happy New Year!

Big shout-out to the man (might have been the manager) who helped us with our very hungry children. He set up our table, brought our food and drinks over and even topped up the baby's bottle with milk for free. He made the whole situation so much easier. Absolute legend. Give that man a raise!

While I’m sure the flat white coffee I normally get is lovely, today I got a Pret, freshly handmade New York, rye roll, that has crunchy onions, pickled purple cabbage, salted beef, and greens on a flavorful rye bread roll with a spicy, but balanced, horseradish-lime and avocado spread. I also paired it with a Pret Ginger Beer to help balance the gut after the trip with fish and chips earlier in the day. I like that the restaurants here and Gatwick airport do not overcharge with their prices. They feel fair prices.

I totally understand how busy this place gets however the way our coffee was made this morning is absolutely disgusting and shocking!
Coffee shots are pre made and kept in the paper cups on the side so who knows how long it is since espresso was actually made. Also no proper measurement as the coffee is being poured straight from the paper cups!
We asked for two different kinds of milk and both been pure from the same jug!

Drink itself as you can’t even called it a coffee was horrible. Flat overdone milk with barely any coffee taste and let’s just leave out the prices as that’s the whole new level based on the quality you are serving!
