Like one of previous reviews I ordered Dr Warms insoles advertised with glowing report in rhe Daily Mail. I was sent Sport insoles. Whwn I queried this I was told rhat they did not sell Sport insoles ?
Pressplay employees have obviously no idea what garbage they sell and frankly don't give a damn.
I was asked to send a photo of the insoles which I did, but more evidence was required
I thought of sending a photo of my feet, but have given up and will write it off as a lesson

So just received my new portable electric espresso machine looked all good started first time and seem to work well so plugged it into the mains electricity using the the lead supplied after a short time started to notice the usb plug was getting very very 🔥 had a look at the lead/usb lead see photos tried to get hold of the supplier and just got fob off not a happy customer this machine is dangerous

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered tablet from advert in daily mail. Tablet was faulty so contacted them within 14 days to return for refund. No answer to my emails so phoned. After lots of haggling & trying to send me another tablet they eventually agreed to take it back & issue a refund. The refund they issued didn't include the £10 postage that I paid on the original order. When I queried this they said as I hadn't returned it within 14 days they won't refund postage but as a gesture they will pay for postage to return the faulty one! Avoid this company at all costs.

No stars, I ordered what I thought was a pack of 6 underpants. Parcel arrived this morning with " 1 " pair of the thinnest pants ever that would fit a gorilla. What a waste of £22 odd. So annoyed and disappointed. Scathing.

I bought a tablet in April 2021,I did not use it right away, when I did it started to go, I sent emails to them, no helpful reply, I returned the tablet, they agreed it had a fault. When, what I thought was a replacement arrived, It was my tablet. I still cannot get it to work. I asked for a refund. No, the 30 days had gone for me to do so.
