Only stayed 2 nights. Booked a premium room. Very disappointed.|We arrived at 2.25pm. 2 ladies on reception both kept their head down and ignored us. I asked if we could check in & they just looked at each other & snarled. Finally one of them snapped “it’s £10 extra to check in before 3pm”. I said no thank you. We’ll wait. She just looked away. Didn’t offer us to wait in reception.|We had to wait in the cold outside in our car.|When we went to check in at 3pm, the other receptionist just walked off saying “I’m just logged off” leaving reception unattended. ? Surely this is the most important and busiest time of day.|The room looked nice, but. |The bed was uncomfortable. The mattresses seemed old. You only had 1 horrible pillow each. |The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.|The free wi fi, which apparently is Ultimate was so slow you couldn’t really use it. This was one of the reasons we booked the premium room.|The room was not serviced, even though we left the sign on the door requesting it. So the tea/coffee & toilet roll was not replenished.|Same reception staff never greeted you or smiled when you entered reception.|Breakfast was good. Fresh cooked to order. So no wastage. Very good eggs. Staff very upbeat, helpful and friendly.

Premier plus rooms with coffee machine, fridge,walk in shower with a detachable shower head that I like and windows that open, hooray! Central for visiting our family and friends and free parking with no hassle. Breakfast available, within the building, for an extra charge if you want it, but good service and options.

Lovely stay at this Premier Inn with my family. The service was great and rooms (recently refurbished) were absolutely immaculate. Really friendly staff who were very helpful. We had breakfast too. There was a great choice and the cooked breakfast was tasty.

The stay was great but alittle let down to the building work plus mess out side in car park ie food waste. Near our car from a upstairs window reported this to desk.
Our room was lovely.
And very clean . Saving grace was having the harvester close for food.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, receptionist was very nice and really helpful . Great team , very clean, parking is free, great location next to a127 , rooms were very clean. Rooms were renovated so the reception and breakfast room should be too because it looks very different

Warm greeting by front of house staff. Due to my wifes disability we requested a ground floor with shower and was pleased with room. There were a couple of issues only 1 set of Towels. Breakfast here is cookes to order due to size of Dining room.
Would i stay here again...i dont think so.

impressed by the lady at reception and the standard of her work room was very good I would recommend if your anywhere the area or even if its anywhere near where you need to be great kebab shop just up the road as well top notch for a good price I'll come again if I'm anywhere near

I am currently staying here, having just checked in, and I am already very disappointed!

1. The pictures showed that the rooms had bathtubs, but there is only a shower here.

2. The room is not clean. There are several items under the bed, including bottle caps, and a lot of dust.

3. The Wi-Fi isn’t working. When I asked at the reception, they informed me it could take up to two weeks to fix. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel at all.
