Just been to collect a Vinted parcel which had been delivered to the store yesterday. Despite me showing the tracking number and proof of delivery, the grumpy cashier couldn’t find the item and kept me waiting round for ages as he was serving people and the other cashier was stood talking on the phone. I was about to give up and contact Vinted when he found the item.
He then started telling me that I’d left it over 10 days so he was sending it back and next time I need to come in time. I tried to tell him it had only been ordered 2 days ago so that was impossible and he said ‘I talk, you listen’. I told him not to be rude to me or speak to me like that, I was just trying to point out that the parcel was delivered yesterday and this definitely wasn’t my mistake.
I will never use this store again and this man really needs to learn some manners or get a job which doesn’t require any people skills.

Great that it has an evri parcel drop off but cashier so rude. Said hello when I got I'm and was welcomed with no reply and just a grumpy face. I couldn't wait to get out of that uncomfortable atmosphere and forgot about him needing to scan after I scanned. I headed to the door and man just shouted aggressively "WHAT ARE YOU DOOOOOING?!" I will try and avoid this shop at all costs in the future.

Fab staff and great at helping with parcels and stuff. The shop is fully stocked and you can generally find what you're looking for.

GOne everyday I think the cashiers r polite and use need to get a grip the only thing is they served me out of date icelollys by a year but is a good shop

The many times I’ve been to this shop I’ve had bad experiences With the cashier. He was rude to me and un polite when I was sending a parcel off. He was arguing with me over nothing and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying as he doesn’t speak any English. I suggest you do not come to this shop at all. Thumbs down to the big owner
