Walked half an hour to pick up a parcel, was told that parcels are not given out between 3 and 4pm due to school kids in the shop. No notice if this beforehand. Can't pick it parcel up any other time because if work which was explained but staff didn't care. Now my parcel will be returned. Very unhelpful and will not be using again, which is a shame as I regularly went to this shop before.

There is One not white worker, he making rules when and how take and not take parcels and he rude to clients. For the HR: people like him should not work in your shop. Because they not servicing. You losing money becouse of this person!

Staff who work in this shop absolutely rood even Manager don't clue about the laws. Already had problem twice never heard apologise.Just make your day bad if you will go to this shop. NOT RECOMENDED TO ENYONE!!!
