Power Enhancer are bsolutely amazing people to deal with. Top class service despite all other factors working against them! The best price that I could find as well!

Ordered DCT gearbox oil on Monday because I had the car booked for Saturday to get it changed and to my surprise I received an email from DHL that I will get it tomorrow. So far so good however those ... (have no words to describe) from DHL delivered it to someone else, the picture that they had as a proof was showing completely different style of door compared to anything within my estate. Within 20 mins of the notification of delivery I got in touch with them to let them know...

But anyway, this review is not about DHL! Fast forward on Thursday still no resolution with DHL so I contacted Power Enhancer to see if they can do anything from their side. They quickly checked all details and told me that they will do their best to resolve asap and worse come to the worst, they will send my order again.
They gave me a call on Friday morning without then need for me to chase them to say that they also had no joy with those * from DHL and will send my order again but with a different courier. This was shipped with Royal mail 24h and I had it on Saturday itself which again was a nice surprise. Still failed for the appointment and had to postpone but luckily the garage agreeed to do it for me on Sunday morning as ad-hoc showing understading of the situation as well.

All in all when there are decent people on the other side things are moving. Power Enhancer are definitely some of those decent people. I know where to order my oils from now on!

Epic company with a customer centric and aftersales approach rivals can only dream of. Ashley was on point with tech support and honest to the point of being detrimental to sales all in the name of doing the right thing by me. I'll never use anyone else for additives, lubricants and oils.

The guys are very knowledgeable as well. Gave them my car model and they gave me the exact OEM product. Ordered Tuesday and at my door on Wednesday. Highly recommend checking with these guys first for your lubricant needs !
