Lovely place to visit. Lunch was very nice and cake with bailey’s hot chocolate was lush! my only criticism would be when we got to the till some our our items we were unable to pay for as they were from other companies selling there on-site that have their own tills. Annoying as did not see any signs and too late to find the tills for said items, so had to leave behind

Wow ! Just had an afternoon tea, fabulous ,the sandwiches were plentiful, the cakes were amazing plus two scones each with jam and clotted cream. Excellent service by all the staff so helpful with tea and coffee refills . Such excellent value for money would definitely recommend, and I’ll be buying hubby another one for Xmas !

Ridiculously overpriced, especially the cafe.

5 hot drinks, 3 toasties, 1 slice of pizza and 5 cakes.... £85!!

The Christmas display is nice but nearly all of the big display items can be found online for much less.

Nice garden centre to walk round. We wanted a coffee and scone from the cafe, both of which were lovely but there was a long queue for ordering drinks when we went around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon.

I was served in the restaurant yesterday and today by Paula. Her customer service is excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. I don't leave reviews very often, but felt her efforts to make sure we were happy with our meal should be recognised. She is a credit to Poplars! My mother & I will be back again. ?

They have just had a refurbishment, so a few things have been moved around slightly but still easy enough to find way around. Very spacious and easily accessible to all including wheelchair/ mobility scooter users.
We declined to use the cafe this time as the menu options nolonger support our choices or needs with the scaled back menu.

If you like cake, definitely visit! Cake aside, loads of variety, whether you're on your own or with children. My 9-year old loved visiting.
