Absolutely amazing service from James, we have recently purchased a Spa from Windlesham pools and Spas. James is fantastic, he's full of knowledge and we felt so comfortable in ordering our Spa. The communication we had with James after the order, was fantastic, the delivery/installation team were outstanding. We feel very confident in maintaining our Spa, especially with the advice and information we have been given from James and the installation team. The day we had our Spa installed, James called us in the evening to confirm the Spa set up is all well, and making sure we knew what we were doing, with balancing the chlorine levels etc. We received a full starter set of chemicals and champagne, and the shop is full of the extra bits that you need or want to purchase, and these are at great prices too. We are so happy with our Spa, and confident in James at Windlesham for after sales help and future purchases. We fully recommend Pools and Spa at Windlesham, and we are very happy customers, thank you James

We have had excellent service from James and the team. We had to change the delivery date due to other delays and they were very accommodating. The delivery team arrived on time and were really helpful and considerate, having to go through our neighbour’s garden and help us with the fence panels that were difficult to lift. The hot tub is amazing, though currently on a low temperature due to the heat wave and being used as a giant bubbly paddling pool. Definitely recommended.

From our initial call with James through to installation, Pools & Spas Windlesham made the entire process seamless. Their customer service and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease with making the decision to buy our hot tub.
My husband and I decided on the Vita Spa Joli and we are absolutely thrilled. It will comfortably fit 4/5 people and fits discretely in our garden which is what we were looking for.
We’re so pleased we went for a 32Amp hot tub so the jets can work whilst the hot tub continues to heat the water!
We were delighted that for one price we were able to simplify the package and the hot tub came with the steps, cover, cover lifter and all of the chemicals that we needed to get started.
My husband was particularly pleased with the fact a pre-visit was also included in the price as it took the stress and worry away as to whether the hot tub would fit or not!
Our hot tub is the midnight canyon shell with resort grey cabinet and not only looks fantastic with the lights at night but also blends beautifully into our garden.
So all in all we are extremely happy and have managed to make our home feel like a holiday and create a little escape for us.

We've been talking about getting a spa for ages and decided to take plunge a month ago. We've been getting our pool accessories from Pools & Spas Windlesham for years and have always found them well stocked and knowledgeable. Buying a spa was no different! We spent an hour being shown different options, prices, features etc. Once we had decided they took care of the rest. They did a site survey prior to installation and on the day were very efficient and got everything up and running quickly. Although we didn't use them ourselves, I believe they can even arrange an electrician to do all of the wiring beforehand. Highly recommended!

Just realised that we had forgotten to add a few comments on Windlesham Pools, re their supply of our hot tub. It was a challenging installation being in such an unusual position.
