I went into the store recently, and a salesmen by the name of Charlie, was very helpful. Very attentive, new exactly what I was looking for and I even left with a great deal. How can you complain, leave with what you wanted for 70% of the price. Well done to Charlie

Best shopping experience i had in years, aside from the fact that the store has a massive variety and a big collection, the Customer service there is exceptional, I had difficulty finding my size and which style suits me best, i was shopping for an important meeting the next day so i was worried that the shirt colour is fitting with the blazer the lady on the shop floor Claire (Her name was on the receipt) she was really helpful finding my size and a colour that fits everything else i choose she was really nice helpful and patient, Thank you so much Claire, you really saved me.
Also i don’t think 5 starts is enough for Claire she is a 10 out of 5 honestly

As a family we really like Ralph Lauren products and tend to purchase a fair amount from Ralph, however this isn’t the reason for the 5 stars. The 5 stars is for the fabulous team you have. The service we receive in the Braintree store is 2nd to none. All the staff are amazing, so friendly always happy to help and always directing us to good products at good value. They go above and beyond to find your size and help. As we go fairly regularly they always make time for our little boy and make him smile and play with him which allows us to shop peacefully. It’s got to the point where he knows some of them and runs and gives them hugs. You wouldn’t find this kind of service in any other store and your staff are honestly a true credit to the brand. Thank you all for the excellent service.

Wow ? what an amazing experience, Hannah was our sales assistant yesterday and wow did she excel !! My wife and I were in store for at Least an hour and never once did Hannah lose any of her wit, charm, & most of all patience!! whilst we spent the best part of an hour dumbfounding around the store.
She was amazing to say the least and was incredibly helpful and also managed to save us some discounts which is always helpful ?Thank you Hannah you are a credit Ralph Lauren , we look forward to seeing you again very Soon in store keep up your good work.

Excellent store. My favorite Brand! Staff really helpful with a well run changing room to try stuff on. Staff will even go and get different sizes for you if you are shopping on your own. A great place to shop. Will be back soon
