Love the revamp they've done to this shop and it fits in nicely with the aesthetics of Hornchurch. They seem to be lacking some stock but that is the way of the world at the moment with shortages. I use this store mostly for hermes drop offs and pick ups and they are always helpful and accommodating.

The staff in the shop are so helpful and friendly. I even had to ask the ladies name (Astrid) as she served me while I waited outside with the dog. This saved me having to go home and then back again. So thanks Astrid and the young man working there, you are a credit to the shop!

Terrible , I went to pay in for my monzo , I gave the cashier £151 as monzo charge 1£ for fee and when depositing he had charged me more and took 2£ in fees and said they charge a £1 fee at the shop & also monzo take a fee too … first shop to be charging double fees
