I visited Planet Food 2 days ago, even though it is a new shop there were so many good products and it was well organised. I think it is a privilege for the residents of the area to have such a nice organic shop like this one. The customer service was very friendly and especially I really enjoy the painting on the walls. Must visit place.

I love this shop. There is a wide range of food and drink on offer, from familiar favorites to new items you might not find at your usual chain supermarkets. Planet Food is great for a quick general shop or for a browse to find new favorite items. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

I’d give them all 5 stars if ratings were only too consist of the physical shops status but b/c customer service Is also rated it unfortunately bring s my rating down too 4 stars. Last summer I was treated with poor judgment by all that were in the shop working at the time. I was accused of stealing peanuts that were not even in my possession. Nothing was even physically touched I was followed around the shop by the security guard and 1 worker (who tried to make it seem like they weren’t following me) i couldn’t find what I needed I proseeded to walk out the door when I was stopped escorted back to register asked too open my jacket and my purse nothing was found because I had nothing I was so upset I just soo happened to have 1000 pounds in my wallet I showed my money and cried I don’t Need too steal and I was then all the sudden apologised too and was told because I was on a scooter they thought I was ready too steal from them soo long story short the shop is 5 stars love it but the owners s and management poor!

Great shop with ingredients you wouldn't normally find on the high street. The produce is fresh and the avocados are actually ripe and ready. Also they're dog friendly which is awesome

Good shop. Slightly too often the kombucha they have in fridge have over fermented. Which is a shame as I love that they have such a good range.

Amazing staff, friendly and always happy to help. The store is very clean and always in order. Also pet friendly which is a BIG big bonus. Will visit again!
