Been shopping here for years never had a problem. Bought a top for someone as a gift for Christmas. Had a hole in the arm and they wouldn’t exchange as tried to say ‘made the hole pulling the label off’ when the label was still on there 😐 won’t be shopping again. Rude staff. Overpriced anyway.

Very disappointed that you cant return an online order back to the shop. When you google PinkLilly the front on the shop comes up with a link to the website. I assumed that returns to the shop would be acceptable. Wont be ordering online again
