I've been a customer of piercing mania since early 2020 and have always been happy with the products they sell. Recently I had an issue with a nose chain that arrived in the wrong size however they were very quick to respond to an email I sent and I had a replacement in the correct size within 2 days at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend, high quality jewellery and amazing customer service.

Had an issue with the delivery driver leaving my parcel in a wet, dirty and smelly bin rather than posting it through the letterbox or leaving it in the paper/cardboard bin. Contacted piercing mania and they have kindly sent out a replacement bar free of charge as hygiene was a concern. Quick and easy replies and happy with the customer service!

Unfortunately a couple of my products broke after 1 day of wear but when I got in touch with Piercing Mania they were very efficient at sorting my issues out and it was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Brittany who helped me was excellent and I can't fault the customer service. Second time purchase from here, love the styles and attentive customer service. Sadly the order didn’t arrive for a few weeks and I had to source elsewhere. Piercing mania were wonderful in acknowledging the non-delivery and reimbursed costs immediately. Shortly afterwards my order arrived, I offered to pay but the lovely Brittney offered to give me the order for free due to the trouble. Amazing service and quality nose studs. Will definitely repeat purchase.

They replied to me within a day and were able to solve my problem within 2 days!! Now I have been able to access the check out page and order. I always buy my piercing products from Piercing Mania. The quality of the products are outstanding. I've bought many push fit labret crustal tops for my various piercings and they're always sparkly and look incredible. Recent bought a couple of sterling silver clicker rings for my nose and my tragus. Had a small issue with the tragus (6mm) ring, but Piercing Mania sorted the issue which was a lovely surprise, so buy with confidence. Outstanding products and even better customer service. Enjoy!
