Truly wonderful service and so helpful, I went in for a screen repair and I was kept informed when it'd be delivered etc. When the screen didn't work they offered to order another free of charge and after I declined they kindly refunded me. Very helpful and friendly service, needed a new screen for my phone, had travelled from my work in Kings Lynn on my lunch break, and the repair was done within a few minutes, screen protector and new case was included in the already very reasonable price. Excellent business so professionally run and very customer friendly.

My wife and I had to call in on Saturday morning because she had dropped her phone and, although the screen wasn't damaged, the display was not working.
The gentleman behind the counter listened intently as we explained how important it was for her to have her phone working, he took it off us, did a little bit of magic and everything came back to normal. The look of relief on my wife's face was incredible.
We couldn't be more thankful to the chap there, because even though we thanked him a lot, he couldn't know just how much this meant to my wife.
You are very knowledgeable and a gentleman. I will be recommending you to everyone in future.
