What a lovely store with wonderful staff. We visited the Bluewater store today looking for a dress for my friend for her daughter's wedding. The team were so helpful, attentive, friendly and obliging that it made our experience and visit a really happy one and she now has a gorgeous dress and shoes! A special shoutout to Sue for all her help. Thank you.

The staff here were soo AMAZING!! My husband and I were looking for a dress for my birthday - didn't know what colour or anything, just that we would know it when we saw it. We saw it here in the display window. The staff and other patrons were very complimentary when they saw it on me. We also got a pair of shoes to compliment it!

It was a beautiful, upscale, very attentive shopping experience and I would trust them implicitly if I ever was looking for a 'THE DRESS' again!

Some nice merchandise especially for children. Let down by rather loud assistants having a laugh between themselves and one even trying a shop outfit on for herself in the main area. Nobody greeted me. Seemed oblivious to people walking in. Unprofessional behaviour. Won't be going back.

I visited this store as I was looking for an outfit for Ascot. It was a busy Saturday & all staff were really helpful. One young lady looked up the dress code for Ascot as she brought more outfits into the changing room. The lady ordered me the same outfit in a petite & I went to collect it from the store the following wk. Whilst I was in there, I saw another outfit & they brought my size out from the stockroom. It fitted perfectly. I decided to get a refund on the original outfit & buy the new one, & they also honoured the 15% off that I received on the 1st outfit. Such helpful staff in a very small & extremely busy shop. All staff were lovely.

We visited the bluewater store today looking for a dress suitable for a mother of the bride beach wedding outfit, not easy to find in winter & sale season...!!
We were met with 2 of the most pleasant & helpful ladies who went above & beyond & didn't give up until we found "the one"...well I actually found 2 but who's counting..?
Highly recommend a visit, these ladies were absolute stars & are a credit to the company... look after them phase 8

I love this shop, I had the loveliest young sales assistant who became my personal shopper! It is my go-to shop whenever I have a special event to go to. It is also well presented, with shoes, hats and jackets arranged with complimentary coloured dresses.

Pleasant experience in store, although many of the occasional dresses were low in many sizes. 2 ladies helped me the best they could to get me the right outfit. Even managed to get me a fascinator in the matching colour being sent from another store. I shall be returning here for my daughters wedding next March for their help.
